Nicolas’ work as an Executive Coach draws on over 15 years of corporate experience, in general management and sales roles for a variety of industries across Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, a period during which he set up from scratch pioneer operations and built multicultural teams in Australia, India and China. His clients range from multinational organizations (FMCG, Professional Services, Industrial goods) to local start-ups. Nicolas conducts his session either in English or in French.

His practice is informed by the lntegral framework (AQAL), the Enneagram and the inputs of Positive Psychology, as well as his past experience as a counsellor. An everyday meditator for years, he leverages mindfulness and offers his centered presence to engage his clients.
